La Société DISTRIVERT, dont le siège social est situé Zone Industrielle de Lanrinou 29800 LANDERNEAU, immatriculée au RCS de Brest, sous le numéro 445 330 236,
dénommée ci-après « la société »,

PREAMBULE
Le présent avenant à l’accord sur la classification des emplois de la société Distrivert conclu le 30 novembre 2023 a pour objet de mettre à jour la grille de classification des emplois applicable au personnel de la société Distrivert.
GRILLE DE CLASSIFICATION
La grille de classification applicable au personnel de la société Distrivert à compter du 1er janvier 2024 figure en annexe 1 du présent avenant. Elle se substitue à toute autre grille antérieure couvrant le personnel de la société Distrivert, notamment à celle figurant en annexe de l’accord sur la classification des emplois de la société Distrivert du 30 novembre 2023
PUBLICITÉ ET DÉPÔT
Le présent avenant sera déposé par la société sur la plateforme « Télé Accords » accessible depuis le site internet dédié accompagné des pièces prévues à l'article D. 2231-7 du code du travail.
Conformément à l'article D. 2231-2, un exemplaire de l'accord est également remis au greffe du conseil de prud'hommes de Quimper.
