Les membres du Comité Social et Économique de la société Hilti Digital Marketing Services ont été élus pour un mandat arrivant à échéance le 21 juillet 2024. Toutefois, compte tenu de la période estivale marquée non seulement par les jeux olympiques à Paris, mais également par la perspective de nombreux départs en congés, et afin de maximiser le taux de participation aux prochaines élections les parties souhaitent unanimement mettre fin au mandat en cours avant son terme initial, afin d’être en mesure d’anticiper les élections au mois de juin 2024. The members of the Social and Economic Committee of Hilti Digital Marketing Services were elected for a term expiring on July 21, 2024. However, in view of the summer period marked not only by the Olympic Games in Paris, but also by the prospect of numerous departures on vacation, and in order to maximize the participation rate in the forthcoming elections the parties unanimously wish to terminate the current mandate before its initial term, in order to be able to anticipate the elections in June 2024.
Article 1 - Objet et champ d'application

Cet accord a pour objet de définir d’un commun accord et à l’unanimité des membres titulaires et suppléants du Comité Social et Economique (CSE), de la société Hilti Digital Marketing Services, la date de fin de leur mandat d’élus au CSE. The purpose of this agreement is to define, by mutual agreement and unanimity of the full and alternate members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) of Hilti Digital Marketing Services, the end date of their term of office as elected members of the CSE.
Article 2 – Réduction du mandat en cours des élus du Comité Social et Economique

Les parties s’accordent unanimement à mettre fin au mandat des élus du Comité Social et Économique en cours, à la date du
28 juin 2024, et non le 21 juillet 2024 comme initialement prévu.
The parties unanimously agree to terminate the mandate of the elected members of the Social and Economic Committee on
June 28, 2024, and not on July 21, 2024, as initially planned.
De nouvelles élections devront donc être organisées par la direction de la société Hilti Digital Marketing Services en tenant compte d’une fin de mandat au 28 juin 2024, et en respectant les délais légaux afférents au processus électoral. New elections will therefore have to be organized by the management of Hilti Digital Marketing Services, taking into account an end of mandate on June 28, 2024, and respecting the legal deadlines relating to the electoral process.

Le présent accord est applicable à l'ensemble des membres du Comité Social et Economique de la Société Hilti Digital Marketing Services pour le mandat de représentation du personnel arrivant à échéance en 2024. This agreement is applicable to all members of the Social and Economic Committee of Hilti Digital Marketing Services for the employee representation mandate expiring in 2024.
Il entre en vigueur dès sa date de signature, pour une durée déterminée et cessera de produire ses effets au 31 décembre 2024. It comes into force on the date of signature, for a fixed term, and will cease to have effect on December 31, 2024.
Il sera déposé en ligne sur la plateforme de télé-procédure du ministère du travail « Télé Accords » en 2 exemplaires, soit une version signée des parties et une version publiable anonymisée : les parties conviennent de la publication intégrale du présent accord. It will be filed online on the Ministry of Labour's “Télé Accords” tele-procedure platform in 2 copies, i.e. a version signed by the parties and an anonymized publishable version: the parties agree to the full publication of the present agreement.
Un exemplaire original sera en outre déposé auprès du Secrétariat du greffe du Conseil de Prud'hommes de Boulogne-Billancourt. An original copy will also be deposited with the Secretariat of the Clerk's Office of the Conseil de Prud'hommes of Boulogne-Billancourt.
Le Personnel sera informé du présent accord par publication sur l’intranet de la société (SharePoint RH). Employees will be informed of this agreement by publication on the company intranet (HR SharePoint)
