Préambule
Considérant que la Société, qui a pour objet social l’intermédiation de voyages en ligne, est soumise à la Convention Collective 1710 («
Convention Collective »);
Considérant qu’en date de ce projet d’accord collectif, la Société a deux (2) employés ; Considérant que la Société fait partie d’un groupe de société (le «
Groupe ») ayant des employés dans plusieurs zones géographiques ;
Considérant que la Société souhaite, dans la mesure où la loi française le permet, aligner les conditions d’emploi de son Personnel à celles applicable à l’ensemble du Groupe de manière à favoriser un cadre d’emploi harmonisé au sein du Groupe ;
Proposition
La Société propose l’adoption d’une période d’accumulation des congés annuels comme s’en suit :
La période des congés annuels de la Société s’étend sur l’année civile (1er janvier au 31 décembre).
Le projet d’accord collectif, s’il est adopté conformément aux conditions prévues par la loi lors de la consultation du Personnel prévue le 13 février 2023, sera applicable rétroactivement au 1er janvier 2023.

Staff”)
Preamble
Whereas the Company, whose social object is the intermediation of online travel, is subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement 1710 ("
Collective Bargaining Agreement ");
Whereas, as of the date of this collective agreement proposal, the Company has two (2) employees; Whereas the Company is part of a group of companies (the "
Group") with employees in several geographic areas;
Whereas, the Company wishes, to the extent permitted by law, to align the terms and conditions of employment of its Staff with those applicable to the Group as a whole so as to promote a harmonized employment framework within the Group;
Proposal
The Company proposes the adoption of an annual leave accrual period as follows:
The Company's annual leave period shall be the calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
The collective agreement, if adopted in accordance with the conditions provided for by law at the consultation of the Staff scheduled for February 13, 2023, will be applicable retroactively to January 1, 2023.
