France PNC - NAO 2017 - Avenant rectificatif à l'avenant #1 1 Objet Le présent avenant à l'accord NAO PNC pour l'année 2017 a pour objet de rectifier l'avenant numéro 1 conclu le 14 juin 2018 concernant son annexe unique. L'accord initial demeure inchangé pour le reste de ses dispositions. 2 Champ d'application Le présent avenant s'applique aux Personnels Navigants Commerciaux sous contrat de travail de droit français aux dates d'entrée en vigueur des mesures auxquelles il se rapporte. 3 Dispositions finales
Le présent avenant est porté à la connaissance du personnel conformément aux dispositions légales et par toute voie appropriée (affichage, intranet, courrier électronique). Afin de prévenir toute difficulté de compréhension, l'affichage et la mise à disposition en ligne de l'avenant du 14 juin 2018 est annulée.
Les formalités administratives obligatoires de dépôt sont accomplies par la Compagnie.
Le présent avenant comporte quatre (4) pages et est signé en cinq (5) exemplaires originaux.
Object
The purpose of the enclosed addendum to the 2017 cabin crew NAO agreement is to rectify the addendum #1 concluded on the 14th June 2018 regarding its appendix. The initial agreement remains unchanged as far as all its other provisions are concerned.
Scope of Application
The enclosed addendum applies to all Cabin Crew operating under a French employment contract at the effective date of each related measure.
Final Provision
3.1.This Addendum is notified to the staff as per legal requirements and by any appropriate way (bill board, intranet, e-mail). In order to prevent any issue of understanding, the bill board display and the online publication of the 14th june 2018 addendum is cancelled.
Compulsory registration formalities are carried out by the Company.
This Addendum includes four (4) pages and is signed by five (5) original copies.
