TITRE III – SUIVI DE L’ACCORD ET DISPOSITONS FINALES

Article 3.1- Durée de l’Accord

Le présent accord est conclu pour une durée déterminée de 3 ans.

Article 2.2- Adhésion

Conformément à l’article L. 2261-3 du Code du Travail, toute organisation syndicale représentative, qui n’est pas signataire du présent accord, pourra y adhérer ultérieurement.

L’adhésion sera valable à partir du jour qui suivra celui de sa notification au secrétariat du Greffe du Conseil de Prud’hommes compétent.

Notification devra également en être faite, dans le délai de huit jours, par lettre recommandée, aux parties signataires.

Article 3.3- Révision de l’Accord

Le présent accord peut être révisé selon les modalités prévues aux articles L. 2261-7 et suivants du Code du travail.




Article 3.4 - Dénonciation de l’Accord

Le présent accord peut être dénoncé selon les modalités prévues aux articles L.2222-6 et L.2261-9 et suivants du Code du travail.

Article 3.5- Commission de suivi de l’Accord

La commission Egalité Hommes-Femmes se réunira au moins une fois par an afin de procéder au bilan et à des propositions d’évolution éventuelle du présent accord.

Article 3.6- Dépôt et publicités de l’Accord

Le présent accord a été établi en un nombre suffisant d’exemplaires pour notification à chacune des organisations représentatives dans les conditions prévues aux articles L.2231-6 et D.2231-2 et suivants du Code du travail.

Conformément à la loi, le présent accord sera déposé sur la plateforme en ligne TéléAccord et un exemplaire sera envoyé au secrétariat Greffe du Conseil des Prud'hommes de Périgueux.
